Meet our founderWhat led you to found Go Beyond Why?
I’ve always worked in transformation. Six years in management consulting, two in venture development and later as CEO of a startup in personal development. Across all of it, I saw the same truth — growth is never just strategic, it’s deeply personal. In consulting, we ignored the human behind the numbers. In coaching, we often missed the bigger system. Go Beyond Why was born to bridge both worlds — strategy and self-awareness — grounded in the realization that business growth is impossible without personal growth.
Why is this so important now?
We’re at a turning point for business. The old ways — built on performance and perfection — no longer work. Founders are being called to lead with depth, coherence and truth. Today’s challenges aren’t just operational; they’re existential. Go Beyond Why exists for this in-between — helping leaders navigate change with clarity and consciousness.
